Review content:
We went to the all you can eat Friday, and we found our limit. Barely warm ribs slathered in room temperature sauce. The day before we had tried to go and were told they were shut down due to an electrical problem. It's aparent these ribs were what they were able to cook before that; barely warm and obviously not fresh, little flavor and much fat. We found out it's no longer the original Uncle Wally's, having been sold a short a time ago, and it shows. The new owners do not have the touch or the feel for making ribs ""to die for."" The pulled pork sandwich was also disappointing; dry, tough, not even on the bun. Thanks, but we'll make our own next time.
