Review content:
Uncle Wally has gone into retirement and sold his BBQ joint. They are keeping the name but Wally no longer has anything to do with this place. With that said I had really fatty brisket sandwich here a few weeks ago. I hope this is not a sign of what is to come. The ribs are solid and the beans are good too. You can't go wrong with the Pulled pork. Wally used a pellet style BBQ. In my opinion I don't think you get the best flavor from pellets. Anyway there are 4 other restaurants I would select as ""The Best BBQ"". This one to me is just average.
Pros: Good pulled pork and ribs
Cons: Bad brisket, Wally is gone
