This is my personal testimonial for Rochkind Insurance Agency. Last month while boating in Galveston I was caught in a small squall which forced me to run over some debris and then pushed me up against a bulkhead. Luckily I wasn’t injured and after getting my boat to shore I called my agent and Rochkind Insurance Agency filed the claim for me. Unfortunately, the claims representative who was tied to my file was not familiar with aquatic activities and saw the case as two separate claims which led to two separate deductibles. Anyone familiar with boating knows that you are never completely still on the open water so I called my native island agency and they quickly resolved the issue and saving me $500! Needless to say, I couldn’t be happier with the friendly and professional service I received from Hal and Tammy at Rochkind Insurance Agency. I fully recommend them to anyone in need!
