First time business owner here on the island and was very impress with the service that Rochkind Insurance provided my business. I had almost 15 different quotes and they were by far the best rate available on the island. Being a first time business owner, I had plenty of questions and they spent so much time explaining everything and anything that I needed or have questions about. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of insurance. This is my personal testimonial for Rochkind Insurance Agency. Last month while boating in Galveston I was caught in a small squall which forced me to run over some debris and then pushed me up against a bulkhead. Luckily I wasn’t injured and after getting my boat to shore I called my agent and Rochkind Insurance Agency filed the claim for me. Unfortunately, the claims representative who was tied to my file was not familiar with aquatic activities and saw the case as two separate claims which led to two separate deductibles. Anyone familiar with boating knows that you are never completely still on the open water so I called my native island agency and they quickly resolved the issue and saving me $500!
