I recently visited Sergio's in Coral Way to have breakfast, my husband pointed out the "new healthy La Flaca Menu" it has a 4oz egg white omelette, which I'm a fan of in other restaurants, don't bother to order, it's some kind of egg biproduct, it's yellow, when I got it, I thought it was a mistake, so I sent ur back, the waitress came back and said it was yellow because the spinach in the omelette made it yellow, REALLY!!!!!, she said she would bring her manager, he came and said the same thing, I told him no amount of spinach turns eggwhites yellow, he took it back and said he would make sure it was done right, I waited about 15 minutes for the omelette, when the waitress came back it was the same thing, I swear I think they put the omelette under a heat lamp, made me wait to shut me up and brought back the same crap, I don't mind paying $7.00 for an omelette, just don't overcharge me and false advertise a healthy menu that is pure crap, shame on you Sergio's and owners, when my husband pointed out to a different manager of the incident, he simply said they used to do that , meaning use real egg whites in the past, but no longer do, and it was the owner's decision, it will be a cold day in Hell before I ever go back there again for breakfast
