Review content:
I don't trust this store. The service is unreliable. Beware. In the spring I had new tires installed. I just learned from another shop since I don't trust this one that the lug nut is twisted and won't come off without breaking it. That will cost me. They also lost a hub cup for the snow tire rims and refused to help. I was shrugged off. Some of the sales people have not been trained to deal with customers. Others will sell you stuff that you don't need to boast their sales. I understand needing to make money, but they are interested in their bottom line and have alienated me with poor work, costing me more money, trying to sell stuff I don't need, and not handling problems in a caring way for the customer. I would hope Tires Plus on Lake Street can read this and make some changes. Until they change, I would suggest go some place else where the service is reliable, even if it costs more.\r
