Review content:
We were being serviced by a competitor and were told we had damage to the lateral sewer line running to the main city sewer line and the repairs would involve digging up the street, costing almost $15,000. I called Lloyds and was told this did not need to be done unless we were getting water backed up into the house, which we weren't. We passed on the competitor's repair bid after getting a thorough explanation from Lloyds, saving us a bunch of money. If we have any future major plumbing issues we will definitely call Lloyds for the service.
