Done Rite is absolutely the tops! I absolutely recommend them. My experience was great, absolutely great! When they came, they really went over and above to cover stuff, and they really went out of their way to make sure they didn't knick the walls. I've had other carpet cleaning companies before, and when they go up the staircases with their machinery they often knick the paint off the walls, and then I have to paint over it my self. Done Right worked very diligently to not scratch or knick the walls, and I very much appreciated that.
