Done Rite is absolutely the tops! I absolutely recommend them. My experience was great, absolutely great! When they came, they really went over and above to cover stuff, and they really went out of their way to make sure they didn't knick the walls. I've had other carpet cleaning companies before, and when they go up the staircases with their machinery they often knick the paint off the walls, and then I have to paint over it my self. Done Right worked very diligently to not scratch or knick the walls, and I very much appreciated that. more

I use Done Rite Carpet Care all the time. I am a real estate broker, and I use them for various projects. They are always there Johnny-on-the-spot. They are competitive and stand behind their work. I have used them for more than 5 years. more

Okay Ventura/Gold Coast region. This is your go to carpet (and a lot of other stuff--check their site) cleaner. Weigh the following in any order that appeals to you: knowledgeable about fabrics, techniques and what's needed, thorough, prompt, considerate, reliable, nice. Local folks who don't simply do a job--they're all about what they do, and very genuinely so. An asset and a find. more

Carpets are still clean a year later 1/28/2011

They came to clean my elderly mother carpets. They were very nice to her, she felt special and comfortable with them. The carpets in the past only stayed clean for a few months but after using Done-Rite they have stayed clean now for almost a year!! Thank you Done Rite more

I have used Done-Rite Carpet Care for years and they are the best. Always on time, free estimates and professional. They even call the next day to make sure I am happy with the cleaning. My service person from Done Rite Carpet Care, Tony, was really helpful, really polite, and very thorough. He did a great job. It was my second time using them. We have a three story house near the beach, and there is carpet on all three floors. Tony cleaned it all and cleaned the stairs. He also used Scotchguard on the pathways that are most used. I would highly recommend them. more

They exceeded my expectations. 12/7/2010

I called for an estimate and Done Rite Carpet Care came right over. He was very friendly and very down to earth. He gave me a quote within minutes and held to that quote. They came over and did an outstanding job. Again they were very friendly. I was most appreciative of the job done because I am a perfectionist. It totally met, and even exceeded, my expectations. Don't get on your hands and knees trying to scrub the grout every week like I did. Have it restored to its original luster, which Done Rite Carpet Care will do.
