Not everyone would be nice on Christmas - but Frank did a fine job. He had my main line unclogged & open very quickly. It was dark, and cold - but he was willing to explain each question I asked with patience. I forgot all about their $40 coupon.....but the service was worth the cost - and if I understand correctly, ther will be a follow up with a camera @ no charge to see if I need more extensive work to avoid future problems. This is a true added value ~ If clogged, give them a call - free estimate, you can't beat it.
