After an unfortunate car accident I was terrified. My car was totaled and I was hurt. I never was in a situation like this and was really stressed out, I had no idea what I needed to do. How would I get to work? What would happen with my car? Well, I contacted John Wright's office and everything was taken care of. When I say everything I mean EVERYTHING! From the tow to the renting of the car to the fast and fair results of what my car was worth. In a week, I had a new car and a check. John's office contacted me several times to see how I was doing and put my mind at ease. I am really happy with their excellent customer service and their genuine concern of my well being.
