THE BEST- HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION 11/10/2011

I use John Wright for all my insurance needs, and have for the past 24 years. He is caring, dependable, and very trustworthy. My entire family uses John and we have all been very happy with him. I've needed to file a couple of claims and I was extremely pleased with how responsive John was and how easy the process was. As an example, my brand new car had hail damage, so I called John and asked what to do, and he walked me through it. Brought my car to State Farm's facility the next week, and walked out with a check to fix everything less than an hour later! John even checked in with me to make sure I was happy and everything was resolved. It feels great to know that I will always be in good hands with him. It is obvious that John truly cares about every one of his clients. more

trustworthy agent 8/24/2011

i have not only vehicle insurance, but also business insurance through John Wright. My entire family uses John and I have sent several friends his way. Everyone of us is very happy with his service. His staff has been very attentive and always friendly. In addition John Wright personally takes an interest in the business. Whenever I stop in the office, he would prefer to help me personally rather than having his staff deal with all clients. The times I have had to make claims, his first concern has been my well being. All insurance issues have been handled promptly and professionally. I will continue referring everyone I know to John. more

John Wright - State Farm Agent - ""Is There!!!"" I have had to privilege of having John as my agent for over 20 years. I was referred to him by a family member. I have always told John, he is family, because my maiden name is Wright. John and his staff has always been professional and helpful when needed. I am grateful that John is my insurance agent. more

John has been the only insurance Agent I have had in my lifetime (30 years) for all my insurance needs. Whenever I have needed his assistance, John or his staff is always there ready to help. Very satisfied! more

More than an insurance agent. 3/18/2011

I have been with John's office for MANY years and he's seen me through some tough times. I trust him not only with our insurance needs but also my kids college tuition and my retirement ,so to say he is my insurance agent is an understatement , we consider him our friend. The people his office are always friendly and helpful even when I was alittle snarky and they know their business. When I cracked my windshield some years ago and drove around with it broken cause I couldn't afford to get it fixed, I called the office after like a month, and just inquired and they were so helpful telling me what a dope I was about not calling sooner cause I had coverage and she even scheduled an appointment to get it fixed! I will never leave state farm and face it John is stuck with us. more

John Wright's office is the best! 3/8/2011

After an unfortunate car accident I was terrified. My car was totaled and I was hurt. I never was in a situation like this and was really stressed out, I had no idea what I needed to do. How would I get to work? What would happen with my car? Well, I contacted John Wright's office and everything was taken care of. When I say everything I mean EVERYTHING! From the tow to the renting of the car to the fast and fair results of what my car was worth. In a week, I had a new car and a check. John's office contacted me several times to see how I was doing and put my mind at ease. I am really happy with their excellent customer service and their genuine concern of my well being. I have been with John for over 20 years now and have always been pleased with the service I receive. He treats you like a friend, not "just another client." He informs you, but is not pushy. I was in an accident this past June and he was extremely kind and considerate of what I had just gone through. more

Small Town Service in a Big City! 10/11/2010

John's office ws very helpful in transferring my mom's accounts to their office. Patty and John helped transfer my mom's policies from her old agent in Princeton and were very helpful in setting up my mom's house insurance. I have been with John's office for several years and am glad my mom and I now share the same State Farm Agent. more

When the storms went through a couple weeks ago, I called John and within the half hour, he had a contractor at my house. They handled everything from the initial board up to the cleanup. The people were kind and I trusted them. This is one of the many reasons I?ve been with John for over 10 years. more

Last week, my son got into an accident in Joliet and like an idiot, he didn't have his ID cards. We called John's office in a panic wondering what to do. Thankfully Patti and John drove over and delivered ID cards for him. more

Get Renter's Insurance! 4/29/2010

I have renter’s insurance through State Farm. When my apartment was broken into last month, I completely flipped out and called John. John talked me through the process and helped me fill out my claim. Thankfully, I got a settlement from State Farm and was able to get new stuff. Lesson learned: it is very nice to have renter’s insurance and John is quite the guy! Pros: John calmed me down after my stuff got stolen Cons: My stuff got stolen!!! more
