Review content:
Got an NSTAR energy audit and was referred to this company. When I called to schedule, I began asking questions about how extensive the work would be, whether I would need to move furniture, what would be included or not to repair the walls afterward, etc, and recieved very brief, and unhelpful answers, such as ""The contract you signed with mass save answers that"". Well, if I'm having major weatherization work done that will take 2 weeks to complete, I want to ask a few questions about it and have a conversation about what it will entail! If there were any conflicts that came up during the construction (as I'm sure happens from time to time with any company), I shudder to think what the dialogue would be like. No thanks!
