02/05 The number of Cuban restaurants in Las Vegas has increased several fold since we first discovered this restaurant. This was our third visit to this small and informal restaurant located in a small shopping center. We both enjoyed our mango salmon entrees, entrees are served with an interesting veggie rice and delicious cole slaw. Service was warm and friendly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 12/09 revisit:: We began with sweet fried bananas along with garlic bread. It has been over 4 years since we last dined at this restaurant so we each ordered an entrée that we had enjoyed in the past. My wife chose salmon al mango – seared salmon with mango sauce and vegetable rice. I ordered pollo tequila – seared marinated chicken breast in fresh herbs with tequila sauce and chipotle served with vegetable rice. Both dishes were good, but my chicken was slightly dry. Prices are very reasonable and portions are ample so we ordered a flan to go in order to meet the minimum $35 purchase requirement. The flan was consumed later the same night and was excellent. Pros: Good Cuban food Cons: Not very busy
