I KNOW THIS IS A BIT LONG, BUT PLEASE READ! YOU WON'T BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. I SHOULD HAVE READ UP ON THE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!!!\r

I used Hound's Tooth last a couple of weeks ago to have a large room cleaned in my home. The cleaning did not take up any of the stains and the man that came out to clean the carpet was a little rude and over charged me from what they quoted me over the phone. I was not going to complain about any of this, but two days later a very strong mildew smell was coming from that room. It smells terrible!! So, we called Houndstooth and they sent the same man out again and he said he needed to re-clean it.. The day after the second cleaning, the carpet mildew smell was back! I called and and they said they would send someone out. Since this would be the third visit, I asked them what the plan was. I didn't know if cleaning it again would help or if the carpet needed to be replaced. The manager started yelling at me! I was so shocked that I knew nobody would believe me. I told my husband and he called and spoke with the manager and he admitted he yelled at me and was unapologetic! He then yelled at my husband and said he was tired of having to defend himself. I was actually glad that he yelled at my husband so there was no question that he went off the handle with me! \r
--Long story short, when the ""expert"" was supposed to come to look at the carpet for the third time to fix it he never showed up. \r
Their customer service is unbelievably bad and if I were to speak to someone the way the 'manager' spoke to me, I would lose my job! \r
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! \r
USE NO-RES! My friend recommended them and I should have listened and then I would be having to beg the company to come and fix my mildewed carpet in the room that is unusable now!\r
