BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (Jeff). Find a better option, very poor customer service, especially Jeff. I am in a maintenance maintained complex and didn't have a choice. They re-roofed and left debris in my sky lights. \r

I took off work to meet them to clean and they did a no call/no show. We rescheduled (I had to go through the Home Owners, so no small feat) again taking off work and they were late so I was leaving and saw them coming. \r

Instead of apologizing for first making the mess, two being a no show/no call, and third for being late, Jeff made excuses and then became very rude. \r

I think they treated me poorly because I wasn't the Home Owners Rep but what they forgot is I am a bill payer of their service. \r
\r
The best part is my neighbor who manages commercial property and hires contractors witnessed Jeff's actions and said she would be certain never to hire Pyramid.
