I had heard a lot of good reviews about Pyramid roofing and when we got some significant hail damage, I called Pyramid, naturally.
However, the sales guy who came out was in my mind, just a sales guy. He did not listen to what we wanted, he told us what he could do for the amount on our insurance papers. That was it. The first question out of his mouth was ""Do you have your insurance papers yet?"" and any attempt to get him to write a quote for me was futile. After 15 minutes of hearing his sales pitch, we could not wait for him to leave the house.
Maybe Pyramid is a great company but this salesguy really represented the company poorly in my mind.
Suggest consider other roofing companies.. pass on this.
