I have never had a worse experience with any company other than Pyramid roofing. I called and asked for someone to come and look at my new leaking roof for 3 months and had unreturned calls. They finally came out, told me that they are not responsible for leaks, that my insurance company should pay for that. I pointed out excessive damage to our gutters and they said that they are not in the business of replacing gutters - just doing roofs. My husband looked on the roof where it was looking and they came and went on the roof and patched the roof with tar. They later came out and denied putting tar on the roof. They said that this isn't their responsibility and said that they cannot fix the leak without taking off the shingles, part of the wall around our windows and part of the window. \r

I called and asked for a second opinion from Pyramid. This man yelled at us, said he didn't know we would expect him to bend over backwards and help us. He said that he wouldn't pay to fix our problem because it wasn't his responsibility and just didn't understand why we couldn't get this. He actually had the nerve to stand in our yard and yell at us, get mad and act in a more than unprofessional and undesirable manner. I told him that our neighbors wouldn't use them based on our experience and he said he then had no incentive to help us because we obviously just talk bad about them.\r

We asked how they make the claims that they do in their advertising about customer satisfaction. He said that they have quality workmanship. I asked about the scrapes on our pavement, the loose siding, leaking roof and damaged gutters. He finally agreed to fix the gutters but nothing else. After arguing longer he said they may pay for the inside if we'd pay for the outside, but pointed out it would be expensive. We cannot reason with this man - it will most likely have to be handled in court. Keep this in mind if you consider using Pyramid roofing!
