Businiess name:  Gristmill River Restaurant & Bar

Review content:
I love the atmospher of this place; It's semi-outdoor eating areas are casual, but the decor and food are aslo perferct for date night. I live in and grew up in Texas, and have tried more BBQ ribs than I can recall...Gristmill's are the best. I can't even think of a second place contender. The menu is varied giving you many options; no matter what you're in the mood for, the Gristmill has it. Another of my favorites (just next door to the Gristmill) is the Gruene River Grill. It's a bit nicer and the food quality (ribs aside) is far better than the Gristmill. The service at Gruene River Grill is FAR better than Gristmill. Consider both when in New Braunfels/Gruene. Pros: Atmosphere, menu variety, margaritas Cons: Can be hot in the summer, long wait
