Review content:
In dealing with Dr Yaw I felt many times like she was not very knowledgeable on my child condition. She seemed very unorganized. I don't know how many times I had appointment issues with the Westerville office and the staff are rude. I can recall one visit at the Sunbury office where Dr. Yaw sat at the front desk surfing the internet about non work related things so I was forced to wait for her 20 mins after the set appointment time. They don't do follow up or reminder calls for appointment scheduling at the Westerville office. They are the only Dr office I've ever been to that doesn't. I was told by a nurse it was my job as a parent to take care of that, they should not have to call. I have since transferred my sons medical records to another Dr.
