Upon arrival with my two children under three after having to drive my wife to work due to car trouble I was told with a straight face and no compassion that only one of the two could be seen. I explained that our appointments were back to back, and I would not be interested as I would have to bring them both again as I have no reliable sitter(which is why it was scheduled that way). This was for all purposes ignored, and when I received no customer service I requested a manager or someone who might be helpful. Another woman arrived who did not give me her name or title. From their website I would presume this to be "Teri" as listed on there. Again I was told that they could see one child with no explanation or compassion. I pointed out that we had two appointments, and I asked how long an appointment was in their system. Myself knowing full well that we have been stuck here an hour per child with regularity. She replied that the doctor is scheduled for four 15 minute appointments per hour(back to back). She also stated that the doctor sees the child in the first 15 minutes of each appointment. This was an outright lie and has never occurred in our ten or so appointments. She then went on to lecture me on my outstanding balance(which I had just called about that week) as if I was some kind of deadbeat. At this point I was rather upset and requested both my childs medical records because I would rather reschedule at another office. Again there was no apology or understanding, but I was simply handed a form as if this happens all the time. Once I had filled it out, she demanded a $30.00 charge citing a per page allowance they can request(as if I'm supposed to believe there were ~300 pages of material). At this point I re-considered and chose to re-schedule with them, and I decided to check later with my wife to decide whether to cancel at that point.
They sent the very next day by certified mail a letter dismissing both children from the practice. I wouldn't entrust this office to any individual.
