I have been going to T&T for a number of years and very pleased with the service I receive. The person who has experience and is a top notch hairdresser is Phillip Torres. Of course, I call him Felipe because he is a master at hair color and the newest hair cut trends.
I live in Houston and drive to have my hair cut by him and would drive the distance because he is truly a gifted hair stylist. I've gone to upscales hair salons in Houston and this place is right up there! So, don't let one bad experience ruin your outlook at this place. I agree about the fact that any receptionist needs to be attentive to the customer and maybe they will fix this. But, for a good stylist I woudn't let that ruin my outlook on the place.
