I recommend TNT for facials and bridal makeup. I did microdermabrasion and facials with Stephanie and she did a good job on my face and was very friendly and professional. For bridal makeup, they do a really good job ! more

Whenever i want to feel pampered I call Toni! She is an incredible stylist and does wonder with my hair and color! Everything she has suggested has been perfect for me. I will have to agree about the girls up front, they do come off as snobbish but as long as my hair looks good, I don't care. Toni is very personable and friendly. Sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment but you would think I would have learned by now not to call at the last minute but that is what my schedule allows. They do their best to accomadate me. ambience is nice and when I have to take my son to a 2 hour color and cut, he loves the attention the girls give him (as well as the cookies and juice) and seems quite smitten with Lauren. I have been going here for a couple years. They do a nice job, but as time went on they started to increase their prices. Also, they have become impersonal. My hair colorist used to shampoo my hair and take time with me, but now she's always rushing with me and other people shampoo my hair. I got my hair dyed a couple of months ago, and it was 30 bucks more than I paid compared to the previous visit. It was the same thing I had gotten before. Shouldn't the cost be the same? Half head of highlights shouldn't cost about $100 (I would understand if it was a whole head of highlights). If I had known, I would have went to a better salon. Well, after that I think I'll find a little bit cheaper place or a better one. more

I started going to TNT a couple of years ago when my kids gave me a gift card. I have had several people do my hair. I have mixed feelings about my visits, sometimes the hairdresser is attentive and provides the service I pay for. Sometimes I am shuffled off on someone else to shampoo and/or style my hair. I am not flexable for time so I use different hairdressers when I have time to come in. One particular incidence occurred when I called for one stylist and she was not available so I had another do my highlites then realized the person I asked for was actually there. She approched me that day and literally confronted me wanting to know why I was seeing someone else. It was a very uncomfortable situation, in fact, so much so that I am looking into going elsewhere to have my hair done. I felt they are kind of pricey. Studio is nice, not much seating so you may need to stand to wait. Pros: Nice Salon, provide water or soda while you are having your hair done, always satisfied with hair cut/color Cons: Sometimes I felt rushed and pushed off on someone else, limited seating, too pricey more

I have been going to T&T for a number of years and very pleased with the service I receive. The person who has experience and is a top notch hairdresser is Phillip Torres. Of course, I call him Felipe because he is a master at hair color and the newest hair cut trends. I live in Houston and drive to have my hair cut by him and would drive the distance because he is truly a gifted hair stylist. I've gone to upscales hair salons in Houston and this place is right up there! So, don't let one bad experience ruin your outlook at this place. I agree about the fact that any receptionist needs to be attentive to the customer and maybe they will fix this. But, for a good stylist I woudn't let that ruin my outlook on the place. more

I decided to use TNT when I moved to this side of town, right when i walked in i felt very uncomfortable as everyone in the front desk area glared!!!!!!!!!! at me. The young lady who checked me in had food on the counter, and she did not bother to even look at me; As i walked to the lobby area, i could hear the same receptionist talking about costumers( comments like how rude they were) and her plans for the weekend. It made me feel horrible !!!!!!! were they also going to talk about me ? As i was taken to get shampooed the tech was doing an excellent job, but the only thing was she was too busy discussing salon issues with another stylist! not only is that annoying but also is very unproffessional, my hair cut and color came out well i was actually very happy with my stylist, i had mentioned what happened to her so she really tried to make me happy, she apologized several times but i was so upset that wont ever return to this establishment again!!!!!!!!and i will tell everyone about my experience. My suggestion to the salon Manager would be to hire front desk staff with a little bit more class, people skills, and definately more courtesy ! and the shampoo tech ( i can't remember her name but she was very pretty, very petite, short hair) to keep the salon drama away from costumers. Pros: nice salon Cons: rude front desk staff, and very unprofessional shampoo techs!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I have been going to lauren for a few months now, I get my hair and make up when I need it done. she is very friendly and the staff is very welcoming. I would like to be employed there. I have been going here for two years and the staff are really nice and they make sure you are comfortable and my hair stylist Rina is a pro! They have everything there from a massage therapist, nail salon, spa, its pretty sweet! Pros: inexpensive, discount days, friendly staff Cons: crowded parking more

I have used one specific stylist here for years, and even drove ten hours to have her do my hair. (I have family in Houston to stay visit, so I timed my visits around appointments.) Tisha is a miracle worker!!! I have never heard one complaint against her. I can't bear the thought of having to choose a new stylist since I have moved even further away!!! Pros: Competitive prices, Never overcrowded, Clean more
