Steve, the General Manager, arrived the day after I called, estimated the job and included in the price a second sump pump that may be needed. The crew was scheduled for 10 days later and arrived on time. They reviewed the job with me and even added a few minor problems that I requested. They worked hard to jackhammer the floor, removing the debris in 5 gallon buckets. As mentioned above, a second day was needed to complete the job but it was done to my complete satisfaction. Since a major job like this is expensive but necessary, they were very helpful in working out a financial arrangement that was fair and reasonable to both parties. The basement has been dry for weeks, even after several rainstorms and the sump pump motor is now music to my ears. After my experience with this firm, I most highly recommend them. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND CALL THESE FOLKS FIRST. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!
