I will never take may puppy back here again. I dropped him off for bath and puppy trim. I called twice to see if he was ready. Both times he was not ready. I went to pick him up when they FINALLY called. He eye was swollen shut and his fur was all matted. The owner said that a piece of skin got in his eye. Told me to take him to vet. The Vet was closed for the day. Not once did she mention this to me the two times I called. When we did take him to the VET they said that it's a good thing we brought him in, that he would have developed an ulcer on his eye, and would have damanged his vision. The vet said that the groomer usually brings in the dogs if this happens right a way. When I called Lynn, she was rude and tried to blame me for not take the dog to the vet that day. I sent a letter requesting her to pay the VET bill. Not one response from her. I find her a very rude person. She never takes responsibilities for what she does wrong. You know all if would have taken was a call to tell me there was an accident, or even better yet the two times I called. Poor business manners. Very disappointed. but of course if I would have read all of the reviews, I would have never gone there in teh first place!!!
