Review content:
Bait and switch. They offer low prices for AC checkup and then try to upsell you on everything. The checkup includes nothing except an opportunity to sell you parts and service contracts. The unit is opened up for the inspection but they will not clean the coils while there. That is an extra call (and charge). Parts and services are way too expensive so they try to roll you into a 3 year service agreement instead. They remind me of the low rate carpet cleaners that just want to get in the door and then upsell away. I will never do business with them again.
