Not the place to live if you don't like stupid rules. Since the manager of Sanbyrn Hall sent me a email, rebuking me for having used ""social media"" to critique this establishment I will set my record straight. The appearance of Sanbyrn Hall is quite acceptable. It is undergoing some renovations and upgrading.\r
But, the Board of Directors for the HOA decided to vote a new HOA fee which is very difficult to accept. A 1 br unit must pay $136 a month. A 2 br $202 and a 3 br unit must pay $246. Now there are aprox 9 units for sale and I expect that it will become very difficult to rent anything at a reasonable rate due to the increase in fees. \r
It sure as hell will deter anyone in their right mind from buying one that's for sure.
