I used Lumbleau Real Estate Schools to get my California Broker's License in 2006. The course was helpful and I was happy with the program. I came back to Lumbleau when it was time to renew my Broker License and was disappointed that the study material was outdated and the on-line courses were full of errors. Some of the errors wasted a lot of my time because I had to do them over several times due to incorrect 'instructions'. When I called Lumbleau, he told me he knew about these issues and said that I would still pass the course. My concern was the hours of wasted time. He offered me a $5 refund, which showed me his lack of concern, so I decided to write this review. Sucks Fail
