Review content:
I have to tell you that I had high hopes for Restaurant Ronit...What an overpriced mess! My husband and I were completely disappointed. For a little place with absolutely NO business and the WORST muzak ever, this place has quite an ego. The entrees were all over $20, not including a salad. I understand high prices when the quality measures up, but that just doesn't happen here. I had the vegetable dumplings with pepper salad. The peppers were limp and flavorless and clearly had seen better days. The salad, too, lacked dimension-- you can't just throw mesclun in a bowl with a bit of balsamic for $8! Also, the bread was stale, and the veal parmesan had a slice of melted PROVOLONE, instead of parmiggiano. Go elsewhere.
