This is my second time within a year that I have used Maxwell Realty and Nancy Alperin as my agent. I found Ms. Alperin to be first rate on both occasions. She was knowledgeable, forthright and patient. I was always under the impression that she was providing me the best service and not just focusing on obtaining her fee.\r

She returned my calls promptly and answered my questions thoroughly. She kept me abreast of the details of all my real estate affairs.\r

I am contemplating two additional real estate transactions. I will retain Ms. Alperin to handle these matters as well.
