I took my dog there after a breaking her leg. After $3000 worth of medical services.. Not once did I get a phone call, I always had to call them to check on the status of my dog. The girls up front have ZERO sense of customer service or compassion. They are VERY RUDE and give MAJOR ATTITUDE if you have any billing questions. Even routine appointments can take anywhere between 1-2 hours of your time. There is no sense of time by employees. I never thought it could be as bad as what reviewers were leaving them, but why take that risk with thousands of your hard earned dollars possibly going down the drain. I would never recommend anyone to Bonita Pet Hospital, and don't bother with walk-ins either. I had an appointment and witnessed the worst customer service towards walk-in patients. I recommend going else where, trust me save yourself the heart ache.
