Review content:
I had recently put my puppy to sleep because of lack of information and care from the staff. It seem as if the staff was only interested on knowing if I can put down another $400 after spending $800 the night before at their facility. They mentioned that it would be about $3,000 to hospitalize my puppy for 'Parvo like' symptoms for up to 7 days. I cried and cried for help and asked for other alternatives and informed them that I can not afford it but no help, just ""I undertand"". I even asked the doctor if I can take the puppy home with meds but he claims she was in critical condition after testing negative on the Parvo test the second time. He mentioned that she was best kept at the clinic. I also mentioned that I was a first time puppy or petowner and that I have no clue on what's out there as far as information but again no feedbacks, just ""do you want your puppy cremated?"", ""in a seperate funeral ceremony?"" It was so heart breaking that the staff had no help on suggesting other ways on saving my puppy that I only owned for 3 days. They were only interested on knowing if I was able to pay my bill. Later on when she was gone, I read that there are financial aid for pet owners that was not mentioned by the hospital and also meds you can order 'on line' to help medicate for Parvo for nearly dying puppies and again the hospital did not mention that either. Now I'm left with anger, frustration and hurt. I could have saved my puppy if I was well informed by Bonita Pet Hospital. Just so you know. Pros: 24 hour Cons: No care just Money hungry
