Disorganized and not professional. Din't call me back with lab test results as Dr. T had said he would. I had to call them several times. Didn't call me back. They didn't find the results until a week after. Don't show sincere interest in your pet. Dr. J seamed upset when I asked questions over the phone. I didn't like the customer service since I step in. I do not recommend it. IACD
