It is always YOUR responsibility to know what your benefits are when it comes to insurance coverage. I think it is completely irresponsible to write a review for an office due to your own negligence. I am a new patient to this office and have heard NOTHING but GOOD things regarding the staff and the dentist. Providers cannot refuse to give records to patients - my guess is that there was not enough notice given to the office or proper protocol was not followed by the patient when requesting such items.
