Dr. Labouny is the best Dentist I have ever had! 12/16/2010

I went to Dr. Labounty for 10 years. She is friendly and professional. And you never have to wait. She is prompt with appointment starting times. I have recommended her to friends and family. My son and his wife love Dr. Labounty as well. She is very good so you may have to wait for an appointment. more

It is always YOUR responsibility to know what your benefits are when it comes to insurance coverage. I think it is completely irresponsible to write a review for an office due to your own negligence. I am a new patient to this office and have heard NOTHING but GOOD things regarding the staff and the dentist. Providers cannot refuse to give records to patients - my guess is that there was not enough notice given to the office or proper protocol was not followed by the patient when requesting such items. more

Watch out for their deceptive practice of billing you large amounts and claiming they didn't know your insurance didn't cover things. When I changed dentists they refused to forward myself and my kids xray's. more

Great dentist, great hygienists 10/11/2006

An old boss of mine referred me to Susan Labounty about 6 years ago and I've been a repeat customer ever since. I have referred many friends and coworkers (besides my wife and daughter) to her as well since then, and all have given great reports back to me. I hadn't been to the dentist in 7 or 8 years before visiting her office, so I got to experience her handiwork at filling about 5 cavities. She has always done a great gob and has a fun personality. I have had my teeth cleaned by 3 of the hygienists in the office over the years and they were all excellent and personable. My daughter had both of her cleanings (ages 3 and 3.5 years old) there as well and the hygienist was great with kids. more

  • Dr. Walters was born and raised in Bellevue, WA. She is a graduate of the University of Washington and of Tufts School of Dental Medicine. She has practiced dentistry on the eastside for 23 years. "I feel privileged to do what I do for a living. My interest in dentistry started at age 11 when I worked for my father as a dental assistant. The relationships that I form with my patients and their entire family is foremost in what I enjoy about practicing dentistry. I strongly believe that my role as a dentist is not to dictate what my patients do but to help them understand all the choices and options available to them to achieve and maintain a healthy smile."
