If you want your shoes or boots back DO NOT go here. They are the worst! They received a grade of F from the better business bureau. \r
I wish I had known there were so many horrible reviews before I dropped off my beautiful boots here. \r
It has been almost 2 months since I dropped off a pair of Frye boots to be dyed. Every time I go in they say they are not ready. I have seen the boots at least twice in 2 months, they are ruined and I guess that is why they are never ready. The owner will not apologize for the botched job, will not reimburse me for the dye or the boots, will not return my phone calls and at this point still has my boots. \r
This place is the biggest nightmare and shouldn't be in business at all. Very depressing that someone can get away with this kind of service repeatedly. Also very depressing that he ruined my boots and I am now out a chunk o change.
