Ann Bradford and her husband have been beyond helpful with the condo that I rent in the Myrtle Beach area. She has provided me with excellent service. I am a single mother and have felt extremely comfortable and safe because of this couple. Any maintenance issues have been handled promptly and with excellent service. Ann has been so helpful, efficient, and sweet to any of my needs. Ann goes above and beyond with communication and service. This is the first positive experience I have had with a property management company and it is no doubt because of the excellent service that Ann and her husband have provided.
