I first came to Renew for some acne scars that I had. I called and It was right after I bought it so I can understand trying to get through the phone lines but that's because it's such a great deal that we are all calling in in the first place! I came in with my groupon at my appointment but opted to pay for skin numbing cream for only $22. Seriously people don't be cheap! \r

Anyway, I wanted to update after my second treatment out of three for my profractional procedure today and am surprised about some negative reviews. My laser tech Erica and the people at Renew are beyond reasonable with requests for medical forms filled out before hand and being on time. Its disrespectful people who give deal buyers a bad name.\r

So far I am happy about my results and anticipate some hair removal for my next appointment. \r
