My husband and I love this place! We can't say enough great things about the staff and the services. We have 2 Maltese (Winston and Wesley, age 2) and they treat our guys with so much love and care. They always greet our guys at the door with warmth and affection like they're one of their own. And the grooming is always top notch and very consistent! We were going to Wag-a-lot for a while (Midtown), but the commute and price was getting to be outrageous. Our vet recommended Allure and we couldn't believe the gem that we found in this place....and right around the corner from our home (Norcross/Lilburn area)!! They are reasonably priced (about $45 for full groom). A few times I've called without an appointment and they fit us in with no problem! We just love taking our guys to Allure...they come out looking so clean and handsome. And if an area needs to be trimmed a little more, they take them right back and make the adjustment with no problems whatsoever! \r

Stay away from The Pet Set at Briarcliff!!!! I think they sedate the dogs! And the staff is not friendly with the animals at all!
Pros: Quality grooming, location, warm staff
Cons: Could expand the variety of pet items for sale in the store
