Allure Pet Salon does an outstanding job with my 2 Shih tzus. My dogs have been going to Allure for several years and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. The ladies at Allure are caring and trustworthy. I totally trust them with my dogs. I highly recommend the Allure Pet Salon. more

The first time I took Zeek to get his hair shaved down and face styled, I left less than impressed. He had a patch of hair left on his back, the length was all misshapen, and the feet did not look trimmed well at all. I also noticed that he didn't ""smell"" like he had a bath, but I chalked it up to this being his first time. I took him back a second time, and not only did I have to ask Denise to fix spots 2 or 3 times, but AGAIN he looked dirty as if he had not been bathed. AND to make matters worse... while ""pulling"" the hair our of his ears and ""cleaning"" it, he got an ear infection and I ended up spending a beaucoup of money to make it better. AWFUL place, don't trust your babies here!!! more

i saw this grooming salon has very good reviews. We adopted a rescue pup a week ago Saturday and need a salon tat has great kindness to a little girl who ha gone tru a lot in her first 8mos of life. The person who answered the phone, could answer any of my questions and it was almost 10 am. She asked me to call back when the owner or the manager would be in. What?? She never asked for ny number for them to call me, no I'm am supposed to call them after 10 as someone ""should"" be in by then. NOT CALLING.. I don't care about all of the review before me, I couldn't even get a person who knew something and the burden to find out was put on me. I hope they read these... more

I've taken my dog to five different groomers, and Allure Pet Salon is definitely my number one choice! I've been taking my dog to Allure Pet Salon for over a year now, and I must say they provide the best dog grooming service! When I first dropped my dog off, Denise spent 10-15 minutes with me to talk about my dog's behavior and how I wanted her haircut to be. All of the stylists are extremely friendly and take the time to understand your needs. My dog always smells so fresh when I pick her up and I am ALWAYS satisfied with her haircut! My husband and I love this place! We can't say enough great things about the staff and the services. We have 2 Maltese (Winston and Wesley, age 2) and they treat our guys with so much love and care. They always greet our guys at the door with warmth and affection like they're one of their own. And the grooming is always top notch and very consistent! We were going to Wag-a-lot for a while (Midtown), but the commute and price was getting to be outrageous. Our vet recommended Allure and we couldn't believe the gem that we found in this place....and right around the corner from our home (Norcross/Lilburn area)!! They are reasonably priced (about $45 for full groom). A few times I've called without an appointment and they fit us in with no problem! We just love taking our guys to Allure...they come out looking so clean and handsome. And if an area needs to be trimmed a little more, they take them right back and make the adjustment with no problems whatsoever! \r \r Stay away from The Pet Set at Briarcliff!!!! I think they sedate the dogs! And the staff is not friendly with the animals at all! I drive from Augusta Georgia to have my four legged baby groomed. The customer service at Allure is well above any that I have ever received. My baby is 15 years old and the staff at Allure professionally groom her in a timely manner. She is always groomed to my satisfaction. One time I forgot to tell them about a mole and they found it anyway and groomed around it, every other service i had used nicked her mole. I would never use another groomer! Highly recommended staff and services! more

This place is like no grooming shop I have ever seen, I have several toy poodles and have spent much effort looking for a good groomer, Allure doesnt smell like dogs it smells like a hair salon and it is run like one, I drop my dogs off and they call me as soon as they are ready, 2-3 hours, not all day! The groomers know what they are doing there is never a hair out of place and people always comment on how beautiful my dogs look! Pros: exceptional service fast more

This Salon is worth the drive. 20 minutes from the city. I got great customer service and they even let me see the rear of the salon where my puppy was kept! No Barking and a very clean environment. Candles and classical music! 2 hour service! I can't believe the city doesn't have this envionment for our animals! I have looked everywhere. The salon has groomers that have won world shows and a vet tech on the primises. This is a best kept secret. They don't advertise. Kathy more
