OUTSTANDING, Fast, Friendly, Honest Service! If you are looking for a hot water heater - look no further. These people are great. They have the best service and prices I could find. \r
I was in a real mess. I needed hot water heater fast and I am on Social Security, so I have a limited budget. I called several places, including the big box stores and was shocked at how much they were going to charge to install the water heater. The installation was almost twice what the water heater cost! To make matters worse, I was told completely different stories about what was required. One of the larger, well known companies insisted that I would need all new lines and a permit. (None of which is true by the way)\r
By the time I finally talked to Justin at Mr. Plumber, I was totally confused. Justin was very patient and took the time to explain to me what was really involved. Justin and Jeremy were out very quickly, installed the water heater and took the old one away. No muss, no fuss and no hidden charges. Justin stuck to his quote. \r
The bottom line is I wound up getting a much water heater than I was originally going to buy and a better warranty (6 year warranty on parts AND labor) - all for less than I was quoted for installation alone from other companies. \r
I think it also important to note that when I paid them, I gave them too much money and it was Justin who caught my mistake. I think that also says a lot about how honest these folks are. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate this fine company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. PLUMBER!
