Review content:
Nancy Alperin has already been fined by the Board of Realtors for her practices. That combined with all of the negative reviews about her should give even the most optimistic person pause. She is a disgrace to the real estate industry. She does not show up at appointments. She prevents other realtors from seeing her listings so she can get the commission on both sides of the deal. When another agent is in a transaction with her they will have to fight to get paid the commission which they have earned. Sellers think twice and do your homework before listing with Nancy.
