Review content:
I wonder after reading the five star reviews if this place has a second location in Dundee where the service is actually decent. I am a new patient and my first appointment was at 10am yesterday. They recommend you arrive early to fill out paperwork so I arrive at 9:44. The receptionist is incredibly rude and practically throws the clipboard at me (doesn't greet me or say welcome, etc...) and says ""give me your photo ID and insurance card"". I do and complete my paperwork and promptly give it to her. At 10:22 I ask her if the doctor typically runs this late and she responds ""well he must be stuck with a patient"". I ask her to humor me and inquire about what time he will be available because my time is valuable and I don't want to spend all morning in the office. \r \r She checks and tells me five minutes. At 10:35 I am called back into the office. The nurse is Terri and she is extremely nice and courteous and apologizes for the wait and obviously introduces herself. Terri also indicated they have my appointment at 10:10 (which is odd because their automated system to confirm appointments said 10am) \r \r The doctor comes in the room - I don't know what doctor it was since he failed to introduce himself and provides me with the quickest visit I have ever had. I think he spent maybe 5 minutes with me. He seemed nice enough but was rushed (and since I was practically naked he could have introduced himself) and he didn't exactly instill confidence in his communication with me. \r \r Needless to say I am never going back to that place.
