I was skeptical about purchasing flooring online, but my experience was flawless. Service was excellent from the initial purchase of samples (prefinished, engineered walnut)to the final transaction. Shipping was reasonably priced and delivery arrived on time with no damages. The flooring was in excellent condition and was easily installed with minimal waste, though installation instructions from the manufacturer could have been clearer. The price of the flooring was significantly lower than anything available locally and much more attractive than higher priced products. I would definite do business with Hurst again.
