I absolutely recommend Hurst Hardwoods. I think I've dealt with Lee personally for about 6 years now, probably longer. We initially met over the internet, and he has been an excellent sales representative. In fact, Lee has, on numerous occasions, went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. If I need samples, he has FedEx'd them to me at no charge. He always goes above and beyond, and there is no other way to put it.
I am so pleased with Lee and Hurst Hardwoods. My partner saw some flooring for 25 cents cheaper per square foot, but I didn't even ask Lee for a lower price. I don't even go outside them unless they cannot get me the merchandise, and that's only if it is an exclusive of another place. Their service cannot be compared.
Hurst Hardwoods is fast, prompt. I'm telling you, if there was something higher than five stars, I would give it to them. I have personally ordered thousands and thousands of dollars of merchandise. Lee responds really, really fast. I would have no hesitation to recommend them. I am totally pleased to be with them.
I'm all the way in Orlando, almost 100 miles away, and I still drive down to Hurst Hardwoods to get the merchandise. The products they sell are excellent. They stand behind the highest quality, and their prices are excellent. Even when compared to others, they are hard to beat.
I have very high-end clients, and I am very picky myself, and Hurst Hardwoods is where I shop. They have the best customer service: great for home owners, and they go above and beyond for contractors as well.
Hurst Hardwoods is very friendly, very patient, and won't try to hassle you. They put their service in front of the product. They are very smart, they know the market, and they get the best deals. They are going to be in business a very long time, and I admire the way they do it; their website is nice too. I've looked in to other companies, and this is the best one. This is where I go.
