This is without a doubt the most despicable, dishonset, and incompetent bunch of human beings that I have encountered in my 55 years. Fell for fancy advertising they send out constantly. Free energy audit. Yeah right. This is only a ploy to gain access to your home for one of their slick salesman or no nothing technicians{?}. They will promise you the world and you will only get the shaft. Lied about unit to be installed. Lied about installers. Sent out a bunch of illegals to install. My grandson could have done a better job. Lied about warrany. Lied about city inspection. Had a Citi credit card issued to us without even asking. No, I repeat no customer service. No significant energy savings as promised. After receiving no calls after 13 attempts called Better Business. Turned out they have the worst rating possible. Over 60 complaints. Should have called them first. They are worst than the lowest siding sales company you have ever encountered. Several company names. Hobson, Hobson A/C, Comfort Experts, Comfort Genius. All the same cheese eating rodents . Steer clear. There are still some good contractors out there.
