Review content:
The first appointment was supposed to be between 11:00 and 2:00 on a Sunday. I got a call and was told that they don't make appointments from 11:00 to 2:00, that it was for 12:00 to 4:00. They said they were running late but would be there. Then at 6:00 they called to say they might be able to make it around dark, but no promises. So, I rescheduled.\r

The day of the second appointment they just plain never showed. No phone calls, nothing. I called them the next day and they acted like it was no big deal, like there was nothing wrong and rescheduled again.\r

The third day we were scheduled for 2:00 to 6:00. At 4:00 in the afternoon, I got a call stating that they were scheduled for 4:00 to 8:00 and that we were next on the list. They said they'd call when the technician was on his way. At 6:00, I got a call saying that the technicial was on his way and in Plano. We're in far north Dallas, which means that it should have only taken him 15 to 20 minutes. It's now 7:20 pm and they're still not here. Don't expect them to ever show and no matter what they say, they're not getting our business.
Cons: Can't keep a schedule, don't know what a schedule is.
