My family dined in at this Bricks one Wednesday night not long after they opened. I had hoped that this location would be a different experience from the Franklin location. I had read the reviews about the Franklin Bricks and had decided not to waste my time there. We were seated outside and soon realized that there were too many insects around so we asked to be moved inside. After a sigh and roll of the eyes, our server sat us inside. I was disappointed in this restaurant. My wife's food was cold when it arrived to the table and it took the wait staff a considerable time to fix the problem. The manager came to check on every table by our own. It seems as though the Franklin reviews are relevant to this location as well. I've had better dining experiences at non-chain restaurants.
