Review content:
My husband and I stopped at Bricks after traveling half of the day and we were both hungry enough to eat a horse. When we walked in to the restaurant the smell was great so I was really excited thinking we would get excellent food and great service. Sitting in the place for over a half an hour before we were even approached by a waitress we finally got to order. I had a question about getting a cheese platter with our pizza and since there was not a cheese platter on the menu the waitress reluctantly went to talk to the manager. Immediately the Manager/Owner approached us and looked at us like we were from a 3rd world country and told us that if we wanted something that wasn't offered we didn't need it and we were in the wrong place. I was totally humiliated by the way I was talked to and my husband was also embarrassed. He practically screamed at us and after that neither of us had an appetite so I couldn't tell you if the food was good or not. The rest of our stay at Bricks, the Owner stood glaring at us and it was the most uncomfortable meal I had ever tried to eat. If the service would have been as quick as the Owner to jump down our throats I might not have even thought about getting the cheese platter and then maybe we wouldn't have had to meet the Owner from the dark side. I suggest that anyone thinking about stopping at this restaurant to just drive right on by, eat at McDonalds or Burger King or even the corner gas station. You will get treated much better and be a lot more comfortable. Pros: Nice aroma upon entering Cons: Poor service, rude and discourteous manager and extremely uncomfortable atmosphere.
