Review content:
I had a noise job with Dr. Cheng about 6 years ago. Till this day, i regret the decision i made by deciding to go with her without doing much research on other options.
When i had my surgery, I too was given certain expectations which i was more then okay with. This was the beginning of a series of horrible experiences. After the original surgery, yes i said original, i notice my noise not centered on my face. It literally was crooked, which my nose was not previously. I tried to bring it up to Dr. Cheng but she insisted that i was seeing things. So I decided to have her brother Dr. Ebert Cheng take a look at it and without hesitation, he agreed with me.Only then did she decided that she wanted to do a revision to correct it. The revision procedure was painful since I'm sure because she wanted to reduce her cost did not put me under any anesthesia. I had no option but to do it or live with crooked nose. 6 years later now, my nose is very noticeably crooked, I have a lot of breathing problems because of it, and the tip of my nose is literally no longer attached to my nose. You can feel the cartilage just hanging under my skin.
@sarahsummer - I'm glad you had a pleasant experience with her and I'm sure a lot of people will agree with you. I am the person that wrote the original post that you are referring to and I still stand by my experience. From the other reviews I've read here, I don't look to be the only one on the other side of the spectrum. I agree they are very nice people, but for something of this magnitude where my life is affected so drastically, I also want to share my story and experience as well.
